To apply for the HeartPaths training program, please fill out the online application below.

New cohorts begin each September. Applications are reviewed in June, in the order they are received, so it may be a while before you hear back regarding your application. The application deadline for the upcoming cohort is July 1st. Applications received after July 1st will not be reviewed until the following June, for consideration in the next year's cohort.

Class size is limited to 12 people, so we encourage you to apply early. Don't wait until the last minute. Apply today!
Tuition
Once you have been accepted into HeartPaths, you can pay your tuition online using the button below. We try to keep tuition affordable for anyone who wishes to participate. We also have scholarship opportunities, so don't let tuition be a barrier to your application. Donations support our scholarship program. You can donate using the button at the bottom of this page.
