Program Application
To apply for the HeartPaths training program, please fill out the online application. You can download the printable questions if you'd like to prepare before filling out the online application, but we no longer accept application via email. Cohorts begin each September. Applications are reviewed from May - July. So it may be a while before you are contacted regarding your application. The application deadline for the upcoming cohort is August 1st. Application are reviewed in order and there are a limited number of spots. So don't wait until the last minute. Apply today!
Tuition
Once you have been accepted into HeartPaths, you can pay your tuition online using the button below. We try to keep tuition affordable for anyone who wishes to participate. We also have scholarship opportunities, so don't let tuition be a barrier to your application. Donations support our scholarship program. You can donate using the button at the bottom of this page.
